Government-in-Action Youth Tour
GVEC believes that preparing the next generation of leaders is one of the most meaningful investments we can make. That’s why we’re sponsoring local students for the Government-in-Action Youth Tour! This is a life-changing, all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C. Plus, each attendee will have a $2,500 scholarship set aside for their senior year, to use toward the college or trade school of their choice!
From museums and memorials to the majestic U.S. Capitol and Supreme Court, there’s a little something for everyone in Washington, D.C.
Join 2,000 teens from across the U.S. on this weeklong adventure jampacked with historic sights and memories in the making. You’ll visit Arlington National Cemetery, Mount Vernon, the Smithsonian Institute and more!
