It’s the same, but different! The SmartHub app is sunsetting to make way for the rebranded GVEC electric member account management app, MyGVEC.

The launch of MyGVEC comes with a new name for easy recognition and a new AI-powered feature. Download the new MyGVEC app and enjoy the same look and functionality you’re used to, now with added benefits!

NEW Feature of MyGVEC using AI Predictive Analysis
Exclusively for our Rate 16 members, this feature uses AI technology and predictive analysis to identify energy usage patterns in your home. The Build Your Home Profile is a simple, self-paced questionnaire about the specific features of the home. Once complete, you can get detailed insights into where your energy is being used.

Build Your Home Profile
What’s using the kilowatts you are paying for? MyGVEC can tell you! Start with an estimated breakdown, then complete the Build Your Home Profile on the app for more accurate data on where your usage – and dollars – are estimated to be going for the month in future billing cycles.

From the Usage tab, Select Service Location, Build Your Home Profile and Continue with the questionnaire.

Then, AI will process the answers and use predictive analysis to produce a detailed breakdown of where energy usage – and dollars – are going for the month. You can also get tips based on your results to see the ways to save over time!

Same, Easy Account Access & More, Value Added Tools
All the same, easy ways to manage your electric account remain on the MyGVEC app. With the app, you can submit and track service requests with just a click!

Bill & Pay—View your billing history, make an electronic bill payment and sign up for autopay.

Usage—Explore, compare, and monitor your usage to identify how to save money each month. The New Build YourHome Profile is found here, too.
